Round 2 and all even rounds: With same color used on previous round, purl the knit stitches and slip the slipped stitches as they face you.
Round 3: Color A, K1, SL1, K5, SL1, K3, SL1.
Round 5: Color B, (SL1, K1) 6 times.
Round 7: Color A, K5, SL1, K1, SL1, K3, SL1.
Round 9: Color B, SL1, K9, SL1, K1.
Round 11: Color A, K5, SL1, K1, SL1, K4.
Round 13: Color B, SL1, K1, SL1, K9.
Round 15: Color A, K1, SL1, K3, SL1, K1, SL1, K4.
Round 17: Color B, (SL1, K1) 6 times.
