  • On RS rows, slip stitches with yarn in back. 
  • On WS rows, slip stitches with yarn in front.
Color A, cast on a multiple of 6, + 3.
Row 1: Color B, K1 * SL1, K5; rep from * to last 2 sts, SL1, K1.
Row 2: Color B, K1, * SL1, K5; rep from * to last 2 sts, SL1, K1.
Row 3: Color A, K4, * SL1, K5; rep from * to last 5 sts, SL1, K4.
Row 4: Color A, P4, * SL1, P5; rep from * to last 5 sts, SL1, P4.
Repeat Rows 1 - 4.
